SHIPPING POLICY
Our warehouse is based in Toronto, Canada. All orders will be shipped from Toronto. Shipping time does not include processing time. Estimated processing time on all orders is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
NOTICE [ Effective July 22nd, 2025, 1:00 PM EST ]: We want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and secure. Please note that VARENNE is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. To safeguard your order, we highly recommend proceeding with package protection at checkout. This will provide you with peace of mind and coverage in the event that your shipment goes missing.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties and taxes if charged. Failure to pay the duties and taxes through the courier website ahead of time can delay the delivery of your package as not all couriers are able to collect this fee at the door.
All VARENNE packages are shipped with a Signature Requirement as a measure to prevent theft; as such someone must be present at the time of delivery in order to recieve the package.

CANADA: Domestic Shipping Within Canada is $10 (Includes Tracking & 1-5 Business Days Delivery Time)
UNITED STATES: International Shipping to the US is $12 (Includes Tracking & 3-5 Business Days Delivery Time, and Up to 7 Business Day Delivery Time to Hawaii)
UNITED KINGDOM: International Worldwide is $20 (Includes Tracking & 3-5 Business Days Delivery Time)
EUROPE: International Worldwide is $20 (Includes Tracking & 3-5 Business Days Delivery Time)
ASIA: International Worldwide is $30 (Includes Tracking & 3-7 Business Days Delivery Time)
AFRICA: International Worldwide is $30 (Includes Tracking & 3-7 Business Days Delivery Time)
NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to track and follow their shipment once it has been dispatched. In the event that delivery of your shipment is unsuccessful after three delivery attempts and/or you do not collect your package from the courier access point within the allotted time frame, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping their order once it has been returned to our facility. Please note that this policy also applies to orders which initially qualified for free shipping. If the customer no longer wishes to receive their order after a failed delivery a refund can be provided only after the shipment is successfully returned to our facility; however the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
