FUR PRODUCTS POLICY

Please read this policy in full prior to ordering any of our fur products. By placing an order for one of our fur products you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

All fur products are made-to-order and are ineligible for cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Fur products require approximately 2-3 weeks processing time prior to shipping in order to allow for the manufacturing of your item. Cancellations will not be granted for personal time restrictions.

In the event that the customer refuses delivery of their shipment and it is returned to our facility the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping their order. If the customer does not wish to have the package reshipped a $20.00 USD processing fee will be subtracted and the customer will be provided with store credit. The cost of outbound shipping is non-refundable. Store credit will only be issued after your order is successfully returned to our facility.
