Returns and exchanges will only be eligible for regular-priced items. If you are less than thrilled with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. To return, you can submit a return request here within 3 days of receipt of delivery. For an exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com to let us know that you would like to initiate an exchange. All products are held liable under our 3 day return/exchange policy. After the 3 days all items are considered FINAL SALE. This means the items must be shipped back to us within the 3 day period, meaning you must ship the item out but it does not need to arrive within 3 days. Please note outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Please include your order number in the email. All merchandise must be approved via email upon a return or refund. Do not send items back to us without an email approval; items will get sent back to you! The merchandise needs to be in sellable condition, this means it must be unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Once you have been approved for a return, you must send us back the merchandise. We provide return labels only for returns and exchanges within Canada and the United States. Please ensure that the item is well packaged in the smallest form and protected when sent back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Once received, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment with the shipping fee deducted from the final return, please allow 3-5 for the funds to process.
Lost or stolen package? We do not refund in this type of situation. You must receive the original item you ordered and after receiving the item you ordered you can request an exchange or refund within the time frames outlined.
