REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges will only be eligible for regular priced items. If you are less than thrilled with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. To return, send us an email at info@varenneofficial.com within 3 days of receipt of delivery to let us know that you would like to initiate a return or exchange. All products are held liable under our 3 day return/exchange policy. After the 3 days all items are considered FINAL SALE. This means the items must be shipped back to us within the 3 day period, meaning you must ship the item out but it does not need to arrive within 3 days. Please note we do not provide shipping labels and outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Please include your order number in the email. All merchandise must be approved via email upon a return or refund. Do not send items back to us without an email approval; items will get sent back to you!

The merchandise needs to be in sellable condition, this means it must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. 

 Once you have been approved for a return, you must send us back the merchandise with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the item is well packaged and protected when sent back. Items that are not returned in the same condition as purchased may be subject to additional fees. Once received, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment with the shipping fee deducted from the final return, please allow 3-5 for the funds to process.

Lost or stolen package? We do not refund in this type of situation. You must receive the original item you ordered and after receiving the item you ordered you can request an exchange or refund within the time frames outlined.
