Returns/refunds for regular price merchandise MUST be accompanied by an order number.  All merchandise must be approved via email upon a return or refund. The merchandise needs to be in sellable condition, this means it must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Once received, all products are held liable under our 5 day return/refund policy. After the 5 days all items are considered FINAL SALE. This means the item must be shipped within the 5 day period. 

Once you have been approved for a return, you must send us back the merchandise with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As soon as we have received the merchandise on our end we will issue you a refund within 1-3 business days.
